About Gresham, Oregon
Named after Postmaster General, Walter Quinton Gresham, in order to receive a post office, Gresham is now Oregon’s 4th largest city. Gresham has received an EPA Green Powered Communities designation. This designation is the 7th in Oregon and the 14th in the United States.
Gresham’s Location
Gresham is located in approximately 16 miles east of Portland, Oregon at the mouth of the Columbia River Gorge in Multnomah County.

Beaverton’s Neighborhood Associations are: Centennial, Central City, Gresham Butte, Gresham Pleasant Valley, Hollybrook, Kelly Creek, Mt. Hood, North Central, North Gresham, Northeast, Northwest, Powell Valley, Rockwood, Southwest and Wilkes East. Neighborhood Associations are run by committees (NAC) that oversee issues important to the community, such as traffic, development and land use. The NACs ensure that each neighborhood and community is represented with the city of Gresham.
