RNW is the largest nonprofit mediation center in the state of Oregon. With 100 volunteers, 11 employees, and an operating budget of $550,000, we provide a wide variety of mediation, education, and training services throughout Oregon. To promote our mission and meet our goals, Resolutions Northwest is committed to reaching out to all members of Portland's diverse community in our volunteer and staff recruitment and in our service provision. We are committed to developing new and nurturing existing collaborative relationships with traditionally under-represented and underserved communities while continuing to support and advance community conflict resolution strategies and leadership in Portland. Our programs are funded through a combination of grants and contracts and generous contributions of community members who care about creating a more peaceful and equitable community.
