Albina Head Start uses the following steps prior to offering employment: Application screening, interview, Personnel Committee recommendation, Policy Council approval, reference check, and enrollment in State Criminal History Registry. All classroom staff must have current First Aid, CPR, and Food Handlers cards.
Employees are required to have a Health exam and TB screening at time of hire, and every 4 years thereafter.
