Company Information
Northwest Resource Federal Credit Union began in 1935 when seven employees from Portland Gas and Coke decided to pool their money to form a financial cooperative. These founding members encouraged other gas company employees to deposit their money into the Credit Union so that their co-workers who needed to borrow could at a reasonable rate.
Today, Northwest Resource serves NW Natural employees and their families, as well as anyone who lives or works in Portland's central city neighborhoods.
