As a local company, we celebrate the great Pacific Northwest by using locally fresh ingredients whenever possible. We celebrate each season with a new menu featuring dishes that emphasize what's abundant and spectacular from our great Northwest. In the Spring, you'll find asparagus on your plate, or an explosion of marionberries; come Summer, the juicy watermelon and fresh blueberries will be calling your name; Winter brings us incredible seafood; Fall offers Walla Walla onions, sweet potatoes, and an abundance of Hazelnuts, just to name a few seasonal items right from our own backyard.
