More than 18 years ago a small pizzeria opened on Skyline Boulevard in Portland, Oregon. The cramped and somewhat spartan atmosphere of this tiny restaurant belied the exciting and unique creations which emerged from its ovens. The patrons discovered, to their delight, wonderful fresh gourmet pizzas unlike any other in Portland—and the word soon spread. Thus was born Pizzicato Gourmet Pizza. We have since grown to 15 locations and 5 franchises, each with a warm sophisticated décor that accents the quality of our cuisine.
