Company Information
Portland After-School Tennis was founded in 1996 by Nancy Osborne, then Schools Director for the USTA/PNW, and Dr. Ernest Hartzog, then Assistant Superintendent of Portland Public Schools, to bring low-cost tennis and education to underserved children at their schools and neighborhood parks in the spring and fall. Since then PAST has expanded to year-round programming, adding summer park sites and indoor school tennis from Head Start to High School. In 2005 we served 421 children at 13 schools and four park sites. Please go to “Programs” and “Schedules” for our current educational offerings.
