My name is Geoffrey Pohl. I was born and raised in Beaverton, Oregon. Real estate, tennis and family are my passions. I’ve been involved with real estate for eight years now. I started out as an investor and began investing in real estate by purchasing homes, fixing them up and then either selling them, offering lease-options or renting out the properties. I even bought a home in Texas, drove down there, fixed it up and sold it! I've worked for John L. Scott, who at the time was the largest real estate company in Oregon, and I focused primarily on residential resale. After this I felt it was time to build relationships with builders and learn the ins and outs of new construction so I connected with a company called Cypress Marketing Group who marketed and sold homes for at the time Oregon's 4th largest residential home builder, JLS custom homes. Cypress Marketing Group primarily represented one of Oregon's premier new construction companies in the Portland area. After fine tuning
