I would like to setup two virtual credit card accounts that I can load with virtual credit and that can store and receive credit (money), but no money is actually involved or exchanged between actual individuals. I want to test whether a website that I am working on will accurately reflect the transaction taking place. I would expect answers in the form of links, reference materials, or code snippets. I have looked at the PayPal sandbox, but I will not likely be using PayPal so I would rather not receive answers containing that suggestion.
